MaxOut.center is operated by Blackbox Solutions. These Terms describe general use of MaxOut.center and the SMS messaging terms for transactional messages sent by MaxOut.center.

Program name and description

Program name: MaxOut.center. MaxOut.center sends transactional messages related to employee access and store operations. Current messages include one-time passcodes used to sign in to MaxOut.center. Future operational messages may include shift, schedule, task, or account notifications where enabled by an employer.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity. One-time passcode messages are sent only when a user requests a code to sign in. Operational notifications, if enabled, depend on schedule and account activity.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out and help

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may no longer receive SMS login codes or operational text notifications unless you are re-enrolled where permitted. For help, reply HELP or contact support@maxout.center.
